PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. Data we collect

We do not store card numbers, CVV codes or e-wallet passwords; such data is processed directly by our payment gateway partners. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

2. Purposes of use

• Processing, confirming and delivering orders, and after-sales care.
• Verifying VIP tiers and applying benefits for gamers.
• Resolving feedback, complaints, exchanges, returns and refunds.
• Sending promotional and event information when the customer consents; the customer may unsubscribe at any time.
• Preventing fraud, ensuring system security and performing obligations at the request of state authorities.

3. Legal basis for processing and consent

We process data with the customer's consent (given by ticking a box when registering, placing an order or linking a game account), or where necessary to perform the sales contract. The customer has the right to withdraw consent; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

4. Retention period

• Account data: until the customer requests deletion of the account.
• Order data and electronic contracts: at least 03 years in accordance with e-commerce regulations, or longer if accounting or tax law so requires.
• Marketing data: until the customer unsubscribes.

5. Parties with access to data

• VLPlay staff authorised to handle orders and customer care.
• Delivery carriers: only full name, phone number and delivery address.
• Payment partners: the information necessary to process the transaction.
• Competent state authorities upon a lawful request.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

6. Protection measures

The Website uses the HTTPS/SSL protocol; data is stored on servers with access control, role-based permissions and access logging. Upon detecting a data breach, we handle it and notify customers and the competent authorities within the time limits prescribed by law.

7. Customers' rights

Customers have the right to be informed, to access, to rectify, to request deletion, to restrict processing, to object to processing of data and to lodge complaints. Customers may update their data themselves under “My account” or send a request to the address below; we respond within 72 hours.

8. Cookies

Cookies are used to remember the shopping cart and login and to measure visits. Customers may disable cookies in their browser; some functions may not work.

9. Persons under 16

Persons under 16 may place orders or link game accounts only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
