PAYMENT POLICY
Customers purchasing on the website shop.vlplay.vn may choose one of the methods below at the checkout step. All payments for goods are made to Viet Long Game Play Joint Stock Company (VLPlay, Công ty cổ phần Việt Long Game Play).
1. Payment methods

Cash on delivery (COD)

Payment with virtual currency, items or in-game currency units is not yet accepted.
2. Unpaid bank-transfer orders
Orders paid by bank transfer are held for 24 hours. If payment has not been received by the deadline, the order is automatically cancelled; for limited goods (limited, pre-order), the holding time is 02 hours.
3. Payment security
- Card and wallet payments are processed on the infrastructure of partners licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam that meet the PCI DSS standard.
- VLPlay does not store customers' card information.
- VLPlay never asks customers to provide OTP codes or passwords by phone, text message or social media, and does not ask customers to transfer money to a personal account.
4. Erroneous, duplicate or failed transactions
- Account debited but the order shows as failed: we reconcile within 01 working day and either confirm the order or refund.
- Duplicate payment: the duplicate amount is refunded within 07 working days.
- The time for the money to reach the customer's account depends on the bank: domestic cards and wallets 03–07 working days; international cards 07–30 working days.
5. Refunds
Money is refunded to the same method used for payment. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer to a bank account in the customer's name. For refund conditions, see the Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy.
