PRICING POLICY
All products on the website shop.vlplay.vn are sold and priced directly by Viet Long Game Play Joint Stock Company (VLPlay, Công ty cổ phần Việt Long Game Play). Customers can clearly see the total amount payable before clicking “Confirm order”.
1. Listing principles
- Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND) and include value added tax (VAT).
- Prices do not include shipping fees; these are shown separately at the checkout step according to the delivery address.
- No packaging fees or hidden surcharges are charged beyond the items shown on the checkout page.

3. Promotional prices and VIP benefits
- Promotional prices are shown together with the original price, the period of application and the limited quantity (if any).
- VIP benefits and discount codes cannot be combined, unless the programme expressly states that they can be combined.
- Promotional programmes are carried out in accordance with the law on promotions.
4. Price changes
Prices may change from time to time. Confirmed orders keep the price at the time of ordering, even if the listed price changes afterwards.
5. Handling of pricing errors
If a displayed price is clearly wrong due to a technical error (for example, a missing digit), we will contact the customer within 24 hours to choose: buy at the correct price, or cancel the order and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid within 07 working days.
6. Invoices
VLPlay issues an electronic invoice for every order. Customers who need a company invoice should enter the entity name, tax code and address at the ordering step.
